Dedication Award

This award recognizes a GCV USBC member who has dedicated time and effort to improving their bowling game. This includes practice, participating in leagues and competing in tournaments and overall going above and beyond.

Nomination forms should be submitted to the Association Manager by April 1. Please see additional pages for specific information needed for each award.
